Our Retail Store’s Delivery Fee Schedule is as follows:

• Basalt $100 or 2% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater
• Aspen & Snowmass area $150 or 3% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater
• Carbondale & Glenwood area $150 or 3% of the value of the goods, whichever is greater
• All other areas require a quote.

Deliveries taking longer than one hour to complete will be charged an additional fee based on a $100/hr rate for two men. Additional fees will be assessed after the delivery is completed.

Cathers Home personnel are not responsible for any damage if delivery path is not clear or large/wide enough. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Cathers Home of any extenuating conditions that will hinder the timely delivery of your furnishings. Additional hourly fees will apply if the delivery extends beyond our allocated delivery times.

Interior Design Client Delivery Fees are based on 3% of the final job value before taxes.

Complimentary Storage is available for up to 30 days for all Cathers Home retail and design clients. After 30 days there will be a storage fee. Storage fees are based on size of storage space required.

Many times we will have to arrange storage for you at outside storage facilities. If this is the case, there will be addition delivery and handling fees to move your goods from our warehouse to the outside storage facility.
