Return Policy
Cathers Home Return Policy states that all returns are for store credit only.
Special order items require a 50% deposit at time of order and must be paid in full at time of receipt of shipment into our warehouse. Special orders are final. No cancellations or refunds are available on special orders.
Cathers Home does encourage you to bring home items “on approval”. Our “on approval” policy states that all items taken home on approval must be secured by your credit card with the following information:
- Card #
- Expiration Date
- Card Security Code
- Name on the Card if different than yours
- Billing Address for the card if different than the physical address of your home
- Home and Cell Phone #’s
All items taken out on approval must be retured within 3 of our business days. If not returned within that time frame, we will bill your credit card for the full amount of the “on approval” invoice.
